Yes. If your presentation requires medical referral or if a protocol is unlikely to change your outcome, we say so at the consultation and refund nothing to make it easier — we simply don't book the treatment.
Scalp comfort often improves within two to three weeks. Density change follows the hair cycle: meaningful photographic difference is usually assessed at twelve to sixteen weeks.
Bring them to the consultation. We would rather simplify what you already own than sell you a new shelf.
