Clinical Standards & Safety
Care delivered within clear limits.
Assessment-led care means knowing what is appropriate, what is not, and when someone should be seen elsewhere.
How we work
Standards
Suitability
Every pathway begins with a suitability review. Where a treatment is not appropriate, we say so and recommend the next step that is.
Consultation
Nothing is delivered without consultation. Findings, options and expected outcomes are explained plainly before consent is given.
Contraindications
Medical history, medication, allergies and previous treatment are reviewed at assessment and revisited at each appointment.
Clinical protocols
Treatments follow documented protocols with defined intervals, aftercare and review points, delivered in a controlled clinical environment.
Testing limitations
Targeted testing provides additional information. It is not a diagnosis and is always read alongside your consultation and assessment.
Referral
Where a finding may warrant medical attention, we explain it clearly and recommend appropriate medical follow-up rather than treating it here.
Patient safety
Records are kept securely, progress is documented, and treatment is adapted or stopped when that is the right decision for the patient.
