Remote Care follows the same Novaé pathway as the clinic — assessment first, then a plan, then review.

Detailed consultation request
You complete a structured assessment describing your concern, history and goals.

History and photographs submitted
Relevant background and clear scalp or skin images are reviewed before your appointment.

Video consultation
We discuss your findings, answer questions and agree the most appropriate direction.

Personalised home-care plan
A written plan setting out recommendations, routine and review timeline.

Products and holistic support where appropriate
Only the formulations and internal support that have a purpose within your plan.

Scheduled review
Progress is reassessed and the plan refined where relevant.
Some concerns require in-person assessment, testing or medical referral, and may not be suitable for fully remote management. Where that is the case, we say so and recommend the appropriate next step.
