When you complete the Find My Path assessment or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact details, preferred consultation location and the answers you select — so that we can review your enquiry and guide you to the appropriate consultation.

Assessment submissions are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. They are reviewed only by the Maison Novaé clinical team, and may be associated with your patient record if you go on to book a consultation.

Where an assessment is submitted on behalf of a child, it is recorded as a parent/guardian submission. We ask only for the minimum information required to route the enquiry correctly.

We do not use your assessment information for marketing. Any marketing communication would require separate, optional consent.
